Best Western Holiday Hotel Coos Bay, Coos Bay

This hotel has some fantastic highlights like exterior access rooms on the first floor, but there was a strong odor that seemed like it was used to cover up cigar smell. The service was excellent with attentive nighttime care and convenient at-door parking. The location is a mixed bag as it is within walking distance of several attractions but may not suit those looking for a more scenic environment. Dining options were decent, offering standard breakfast choices, yet slightly above average for the area.

Coming into our room was a pleasing experience; it was clean, comfortable, and recently redone, looking very nice overall. However, the seating arrangement with a couch between the breakfast room and the lounge was a bit unusual.

The hotel was tucked away in a northern corner of the north building, closest to Hwy 101, with clean and comfortable rooms. The friendly and attentive staff provided excellent service, even offering help with luggage. Although the location was convenient and close to various amenities, the noise from the busy road was noticeable. The dining experience was average with a substantial breakfast spread. Overall, a decent hotel option with some minor noise disturbances.
